You can be a in game wizard as well, but that is not required.

After spending 15+ hours reading about Facebook campaigns, Ads, dark posts, etc...I have realized I am out of my depth.

Looking to hire someone who knows their shit. I'm guessing someone out there knows this stuff and wouldn't mind making a extra buck on the side. Not to mention you most likely speak English unlike 99% of the people I've come across in this niche.

PM me so we can become Facebook BFFs and make some $$.

India give you best price? I bought a domain name and have had nothing but spam from companies in India offering to do websites etc.

For only $9 dollars an hour I can give all my critical website info to some guy who doesn't speak English and I have no legal recourse with. Sounds legit right?

People still advertise on Facebook? I thought everybody was trending away from it.

I am open to suggestions. Google Ad words isn't a good option for us as we are a new niche product, aka no one searches for snowboard dry bag. Facebook targets by interest which will help us. Also will be on Amazon soon.

Not sure about the US, but I was working for a small business last year who demanded we got each product we sold individually barcoded, with barcodes that you BUY from a barcode company. The owner couldn't run away fast enough and didn't think it was worth the investment... he sticks to his own site and eBay.

Maybe I should start up a barcode company :/

Yep - http://www.gs1.org/barcodes

Can't sell anything on amazon without them. But, you can buy barcodes for next to nothing in bulk. I bought 10 of them last night for $20 bucks so we could list on amazon. Only needed one at this point, but it was like $9 for a single barcode, and I will need more in the future.
