That the 2011 U.S. Navy SEAL raid on the Abbottabad compound where bin Laden was hiding in northern Pakistan was not a firefight in which SEALs went into a dangerous and unknown situation, but a setup in which Pakistan's military had been holding bin Laden prisoner in Abbottabad for five years and simply made him available to the SEALs who flew in helicopters to the compound on the night of the raid.

Not sure what to think, the whole thing stank from the moment it was aired though.... it always felt "off" to me. Based on the source (Seymour Hersh), I bet there is a lot of truth in this. How much? Dunno, but it is interesting.

I don't believe much from the media - but this story does make you think.

We buried him at sea, took no pictures and thats that... LOL. Saddam we took pictures of once we pulled him out his hole. Put him on trial. When he wouldnt eat, we forced him to eat. There was also a video leaked of his hanging....
But the most wanted man in the world for 10+ years was just thrown at sea to show respect for his islamic beliefs. Who ever came up with that sorry ass story should be thrown to the sea.
