Not sure if anyone's seen this yet, the developer of Symphony of the Night quit Konami last year to create his own studio. After being turned down by other sources of funding and support, he's turning towards kickstarter

From what I see it's currently at $445,275 of his $500,000 goal :D. Very close and it should hit it today for sure.

Konami used to have the premieré football (soccer) title in Pro Evolution Soccer but they got sloppy and FIFA just surpassed them in the last 5 years. Their universe is crumbling...

Lots of people are thinking Konami is getting out of the gaming industry. They have their hands in a LOT of other pots in Japan.

If they do let's just hope they sell their IP and don't hold onto them for rainy days.

I wish them well but am staying as far away from these "spiritual successors" as possible. Mighty No. 9 killed my ability to look forward towards any of this KS crap.

This right here is the problem with these kickstarted games, plebs don't even realize what their money is funding.

The community manager went on a power trip and ruined the game. Look it up.
