Back in 1999, this message board actually worked and we could leave messages on it, simply right click it and leave a message. Peeps would sometimes post WTB items on it or had some items for sale. Sometimes peeps would post stupid stuff too.

It doesn't work anymore, but it used to be fun.

wow great find, that's pretty cool. That's on someones private test emu by the looks of it.

I'd really, really like to see this functional in game. It adds a great RP aspect.
there was/is in game message boards on UO that I always loved to leave neat messages for people to find. Maybe a secret password to collect some plats ;)

I read the one in Fishs once. It had people looking for grouping partners, and buy/sell. It brought a lot of immersion (I.e. I'm a tailor in this area trying to make a living etc). Would be very cool to see it implemented and these forums shut down(?)

I never understood, at the time, why the in-game boards didn't link to web-based forums. It always seemed like a wasted opportunity. As it was the in-game boards saw only modest use and eventually stopped working entirely.

In game board = Most classic thing since blunt weapons to get HQs
These boards = nonstop shitfest
