The thread title says it all. If you're a lower end jeweler, I need your skills. My 19 nec has no gear. I saved up 200pp to get some basice int items, but it has been way too long since I have played and even longer than that since I had a low level without gear. I have no idea what jewelery items are available, but I'm looking to pick up some INT items in a package to help me along. You jewelers know far better than myself so lay it on me. If anyone has any other non-jewelry low end int items I would be interested in those as well. Thanks for you time, sorry I am so vague.
