A Question about the Single Account per IP rule

Not sure if this is the right place for this question, so sorry if I am mistaken. basically me and a few friends are thinking of starting up characters on this server. Two of my friend live in the same apartment so I understand they would need to make a petition to be able to play on the same ip but my real question is is it basically one account per ip? What I mean is if we wanted to take breaks from playing our own characters would we be allowed to play each others? Like if I play a cleric but get tired of being the healbot could I take over my friends Monk character for a while and then eventually switch back? Was just curious thanks in advance!

Yup, there's nothing wrong with using different accounts.

It's strictly to prevent people from boxing and if you do get the IP exemption just remember that a lot of people will accuse people who don't even have one of 2boxn so be prepared to get tested now and then :)

I know people who make a separate acct for every toon they create
