I sat waiting for hours in Qeynos Hills for Hadden to spawn, and as soon as I engaged him, Beluga ran up and obliterated him before I even had a chance to do any significant damage to him.

Should I let it go? Sure... But what a cool guy he was to me and im sure many others on Project 1999. Would love to have him as a guildie.

I guess if anyone says they are camping something you should just say F it, and take what you want.

What if 5 people are camping Verina Tomb on their enchanter mains? Do they all have the right to engage? Do trackers have zero right to say they're camping it as they can't take her down on a level 1?

More than a desire for 1999 EverQuest is saving for things like fungi tunics and manastones so they don't have to do that horrible thing of interacting with other people and grouping.

...plus they can petition for volunteer staff to take their side citing rule x, y or z.

I'm Interpol. Ya he KSed me but I just remember the guild tag and when they ask for ports from my char in Dial a Port or Rezes from my cleric, somehow the /tells don't make it.

Just for the record this is an individuals decision in not porting/offering services to a particular guild. <Dial-A-Port> has not issued a no fly against HK or any other Guild as a whole for that matter. As stated each person in the guild decides who and when they want to port, we cannot and wish not to enforce that.

On a side note it was very nice to see HK take care of internal business very quickly always had mucho respect for this guild and the friends I have in it.

Ok, now I'm on a train and have more time to type, is there a link to the various GM rulings, please? The reason behind my asking is not to re-apply of my EQ law license (*cough*), more because my memory of Live is fuzzy and not that reliable in a lot of situations, but more importantly, I'd like to know what kind of shit-storm I'm liable to run into in later levels with camps and mobs that have the potential to generate a high amount of drama e.g. Dyllin Starshine 'Testament of Vanear' quest.

The 'Testament of Vanear' quest is a fairly low level (teens) introduction to poop-socking and /petition quest, and I seem to remember (fuzzy) on Live that Dyllin caused much angst. Thus, it would be helpful to know specific rulings in advance.

So why does BDA contest us for Coercer and Advisor when we are there first? We pull one or the other and then BDA pulls the other if we're not quick enough. Doesn't this fall under your description of a CAMP sir?

Probably, but those mobs most people take 5-10min in between them to pull the next. I'm assuming that falls beyond "reasonable amount of time" if you want to claim both as your camp.
