Ravenscale Armor ultra rare?

Are Ravenscale Armor drops in the Temple of Cazic Thule really rare here? They seem a lot more rare than I remember them being. Not a single drop from any lizard or anything else in eight or nine hours of mass murdering the zone.

I've camped a few pieces in there with not much trouble, they aren't dropped off random trash in CT, there are certain named that drop a few pieces in there.

Anything you want right now that's from a camp is ultra-rare. This applies to Ravenscale.
