2 horizontal hotkey bars?

I'm looking for a way to get my 2 horizontal hotkey bars back. Is there anyone that knows how to do this without changing everything to a hideous UI?

Copy a vanilla install of the Titanium client (not p99 patched) to a different directory.

Copy over the EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml file from the UI/default folder of the vanilla install to the UI/default folder of your p99 install.

That should do the trick.
