Brother Balatin in DL

This guy has despawned twice on me now. onces yesterday and onces today. Been killing phers and he pops, only stays up for 5 mins then disappears.

it will despawn after 10 mins if it's not aggroed or charmed

There's a reason Brother Balatin is never up on your arrival. =P
