Peran and Soris Silverfield factions?

Trying to figure out what faction the North Freeport bankers (Peran and Soris Silverfield) are on, as even though I'm dubious or better to their wiki-listed factions, they are still KoS to me. Feel like I'm missing something here.

If you conned a merchant npc you wouldn't really be able to tell. I'm fairly certain my wizard is kos to merchants of oggok, but no non merchants on that faction so who knows.

Why would they be Qeynos anything faction? It's 90% likely to be coalition of tradefolk, 10% chance to be coalition of tradefolk illegal (which would make no sense in NFP).

I heard inert potion quest (http://wiki.project1999.com/Faction#Inert_Potion) in Erudin was good for this.

It is for sure one of these. I've taken two iksars from scowls to amiable+ simply by doing this quest. Probably Coalition of Tradefolk then.

Nah, I'm dubious to Coalition of Tradesfolk, and Apprehensive to Coalition of Tradesfolks Illegal, and they're still KoS to me. Also apparently dubious to Merchants of Qeynos. So I'm at a loss.

Merchants will never con worse than dubious (so they won't agro on players), so make sure you're conning against a non-merchant NPC on the same 'merchant' faction (if possible).

I swear there was an evil alternative for banking in the Qeynos catacombs at one time, yet you need to be able to handle the ~lvl 20 mobs that roam.

If you aren't KOS to the bloodsabers there is... Theres a bank in the Evil guild... Looks like a begger

Alittle tip.. if your doing the whiskers/note quest.. The Barb under the docks is on Coalition of Tradefolk faction so con him if your taking that route back and forth for the turn ins

It's not unheard of for mobs to be on the wrong faction, but this is extremely unlikely for the most used bank to be on the wrong faction for 7 years and nobody noticed.

They aren't on the wrong faction... I'm not crazy.. I grind Coalition of Tradefolk faction on my troll for HOURS with that whisker/note quests maybe a year ago til I got dubiously with them and thats when I wasn't kos to the bankers in NFP anymore... So if they aren't on Coalition of Tradefolk faction... Someone changed it by mistake
