It has been brought to my attention that some items have been left out since the gate potion pvp cast time was added.

Are you able to add a cast time to the following item, as this is currently being exploited to escape pvp?

Wizards that have this item are abusing the instant cast mechanic that was removed from gate potions to avoid pvp deaths.

Vendor recharging =/= Mana Battery recharging.

Before this thread is derailed by <Empire> players on R99, gate pots which are instant cast was given a 3 second cast time, so should any instant gate/port items including the Wizard sky neck.
