Reasonable warrior gear upgrades in Velious?

I've been in Kunark for so long I've nearly forgotten about all the good Velious stuff.

I'm wondering what are some decent bits of warrior gear that should be reasonably attainable by the Average Joe Ogre warrior in Velious? Not looking at raid drops, or 50k+ plat crazy items (I'm lucky to get 5K here and there).

Any info would be much appreciated.

Rygor and crustacean shell armour I remember being common.

What about weapons and accessories? I remember there were some neat weapons like Wavecrasher, Willsapper, Crafted Velium Claidmore, and Frostbringer, which seemed to be kinda common. Feel like I'm missing and forgetting a bunch though.

Looking to eventually replace the Sarnak Warhammer/Silken Whip combo.

hell, I'd be happy with cougar claws (-15hp but +1ac +2 dex compared to orc fangs).

Barbed Ringmail and Blood Runed stuff out of Velketor's Labyrinth looks alright for a replacement for Crafted, if a person doesn't have Indicolite, Incarnadine, or Cobalt. No idea how much that stuff goes for. Probably a ton right now.

Makes me wish an enterprising individual (like the dude who wrote Sakuragi's guide) would come up with a comprehensive warrior guide that included Velious. I'd do it, but I'm not that great at theorycraft/mathhammer, and I'm still only 49 after 5 years of playing.

Calling one over the other looks like trying to pick flyshit out of pepper to me. If you're into sub-micro-management you could carry sets of both and use orc fang with cleric healer and cougar claw with shaman/druid.

Just give it a few months, then pay for some assistance to park yourself over in WW and ask to loot rotting talismans.
