Weapons that proc for under lvl 45 range

Whats some good weapons to price that proc? I am sorta clueless on this. Have heard SSoY's are good to have, have a char that tanks and wanting to keep agro. Thanks.

I advise a strong aggro proc main hand and lammy OH if you can afford it :) at least for now
