Sorry for what seems to be an obvious question, but what are the local requirements around creating a guild? I've read all the FAQs and can't seem to find it.

The fact is that my old guild, which is now a multi-game institution nearly a decade old, seems to be exploring p99 in increasing numbers. Not sure how long this experiment will last, but while it does it would be great to have a guild to call our own. So if someone could let me know what it takes to have a guild here that would be greatly appreciated.

Forget about independence, you'll never be anything and nobody loves you. R&F welcomes you with open arms.

In game. Petition it. Be patient. GMs are VERY busy on this server.

None of the above is true..

I just asked a GM to make the guild and he did it right then. All you need is 5 people ready to join when the GM says he can do it. If not just /petition and wait, It really only takes about 30 seconds maximum, and the GMs really aren't the assholes some people make them out to be...

Ok, this one is true. but if you see one online, tell him you have the 5 people ready and list the names and he'll be more likely to do it then for you
