tbh I thought Velious was gonna get pushed back hence why I leveled a new char. Once I knew it was actually coming I was out. Velious is a shitty expansion that makes pvp even more lopsided and hard to find. Empire or not, I wasn't sticking around. Long live classic.

theres more pvp then ever, go to kael or thurg and tell me theres no pvp

everyone is concentrated in like 5 zones

theres bosses for non neckbeards, lots of kunark content and plenty of velious mini bosses and bosses that spawn on more reasonable timers

if you want to be bitter, be bitter

but velious is good for the server

Having an opinion doesn't make me bitter. Especially about an elf sim expansion. If it did then I guess we are all bitter since we are playing on a server founded upon removing shitty expansions. Enjoy Velious if it floats your boat. If not then wait for teams and FQ occasionally.

I will always play in spirit. Every time you go to look at your buff timers and they are gone, remember me. When all the other classic changes go through (one chat box, mana number display removed, ect.), remember me. I will enjoy this expansion from above. Watching, waiting.

There's more PvP than ever. Velious seriously contracts the world, and most people are situated in 4-5 connected zones. Finding PvP is very easy for those who seek it. I have to constantly refresh my /who for fear of seeing Bestagoog and Bard coming @ me [and even then it usually is too late ;) ] I think it's been the best of both worlds, PvEr's are getting lots of content to enjoy, PvPer's are getting lots of ppl during daytime hours to attack who are working on faction / gems / armor / legacy items / quests, etc.
