It's on the left of your screen as pictured below. Depends on when account was made, I think mine is still tied with EQEmu but if you're new then it should be on the left. I believe that is referring to in game and not forums. They may be tied together now. If that doesn't work you need to goto the EQEMu link pictured and do it there.
