I don't have percentages on my UI. In fact, it is very similar to the classic Velious UI. Apart from my split chat windows.

Mana numbers should not be visible, just the blue bar. Bring it back, Haynar!

I don't have mana numbers. I think the only numbers that show up on my end, are the percentage numbers, but only if you hover the mouse over the bars. This is also the case in inventory mode.
