what level does this proc at? I know on live it was nerfed to recommend level51 after velious but can't get any info on what level it procs here or on live before nerf.

Verant has sneakily implemented level limits on some items. They have NOT changed the "Cannot Equip this item..." message though.

Its been confirmed that there are now items that you have to be a specific level to even EQUIP the item much less proc the effect.

Expect more Velious Dragon Loot to follow this format as well in the future.

I guess Verant got tired of seeing dragon loot being worn/used by level 1 twinks.

Don't procs at 1, my war is 20 and it don't work but that's why I'm trying to find out what level it proced at on live before it was nerfed.

2003 post of level requirements to equip, but not identified in the item description.

When Scars of Velious came out, there were some items that you cannot equip until a certain level. At that time there were no labels anywhere for required level. Indeed there are a few of those left that cannot be equipped until level 51 (club of the ice ocean) or 55 (primal weapons). I doubt they are tagged for the level.

Most Kunark weapons will not proc until level 45. Some cannot proc until level 50 (some howling stones stuff comes to mind). To my knowledge you need to be level 50 to proc/click your epics.

The Kunark armor you are griping about can be worn at any level, but you cannot click on it until level 45.
