To all around the world, no matter what country you represented you gave your all for what they told you was true, to this give the word "Courage, honor, "the man", and last but not least- belief" thank you for your commitment to mandkind and all the flaws that come with it. Thank you for believing in ppl that come after you. Thank you for your sacrafice.

I can't speak for him but as someone who is also ardently anti-war, I recognize that veteran's day isn't necessarily pro-war. In fact, I'm not sure how a holiday meant for grieving about those who were killed in war can possibly be seen that way.

There are ony two types of people in the Navy:
1. Submariners
2. Those we use as bait.

Nothing like hearing someone above you yell, "Heads up below!" when they clean the lines.
