This question refers to Thurgadin quested armor. Please assume that both characters have the necessary faction to do the turn-ins.

Characters A and B are on the same account. Character A has a piece of corroded armor, Character B has the three corresponding gems for that piece of corroded armor. Character B wants to get the rewarded piece of arm.

Character A turns in the piece of corroded armor. Character A logs off. Character B logs in and turns in the corresponding gems immediately. Will Character B get the reward?

Yes.

Yes, as long as no one else tries a turn-in on that NPC between your 2 turn in's.

This doesn't specifically answer your question, but I've done this on my Monk and Druid with another quest. I turned in the SolB idol on my Druid and the Gnoll Head on my monk to get the reward.

Yep, I've done that for an alt char to get jboots before. It's a good idea to have someone watch the NPC for you while you're logging so they can let other people know to wait a second (or in my case, to hold Hasten).

I remember seeing a post awhile back that MQ's on p99 had to be personally added in by the Staff for whatever reason. So some quests (mostly the lesser quested ones) are not MQable. I've had some quest items eaten because of trying to MQ them to an alt before. I'm sure they probably added the velious armor quests though. Just something to keep in mind when trying this out.

Any and all quests written/scripted from Kunark to now should include the MQ functionality by default.

It was the original release that did not include MQ until they were able to prepare a script and implement it. The process has been piecemeal going back and addressing the original quests on a quest-by-quest basis to get them incorporated. Be sure to bug report missing MQ functionalities that you come across.

just make sure your toons are parked at the npc and do the trade quickly

someone could overhear your NPC asking for missing stuff and screw with your turn in

Can't wait until PoSky is fully MQable later on.

That explains some things. I remember trying to MQ raster idol for my monk alt way back and having it eaten.
