You can kill the ghoul that paths up to the WC entrance for the tainted battle worn morning star, But deeper in there is another ghoul cleric that drops a similar mace +6 wis with 3 more delay.

I've camped that one ghoul at zone in for up to 2 game nights before seeing a mace, if you can track or bring a tracker i recommend searching for the second.
