How to get 1x10 horizontal with Velious?

I haven't played in a really long time, but I heard about this new Discord server so I was going to try it out. I put the Velious patch in but it removed my horizontal bars. Are we unable to have the 1x10 horizontal bars anymore in Velious?

The file you are looking for is EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml. I think the original Titanium had a 1x10 horizontal version of the file. Backup the replacement one and copy the Titanium file over. It goes into the <Everquest>/uifiles/default folder.
