Velius Helm graphics

Seen a thread about this that was never answered and noticed Sirken just ignore the question on this stream last week so going to ask again. Whats the deal with velius helmet graphics? Pretty sure they where part of the january 2002 eq era but they aren't even addressed in these forums at all. Is this something that just isn't happening or what?

- Velious racial plate helm quests have been added that will allow you
to 'trade in' your existing helms for ones with textures. We have
decided to allow the players (or their characters) to chose whether
they wish to have the new helmet textures or to continue to use helmets
that show no graphics.
