I am not recieving a regen bonus from phantom leather, is anyone else having this problem?

I know thats what the description reads, but I don't think they added that until later. Not quite sure though.

afaik the regen portion isnt in those spells until kunark

Phantom leather, iirc, lies to you. It's phantom chain and above that actually have a regen component, the first is just extra AC.
