IP temporarily blocked ?

Hi guys, I'm a lvl 11 bard who crashed while zoning. When trying to log back on its been saying "IP temporarily blocked".. any info/help with this?

sounds like somebody else from your I.P. (or you) tried to log in with a different account. Make sure nobody else behind your router is playing unless you have an exception.

Sounds more like the server still had the character logged on and link dead, and that waiting 5 minutes would have cleared it.
