Not meaning to be a buzzkill, but has Quiver Haste been fixed? I was under the impression that it was broken, thus making the Fleeting Quiver a pointless thing to have.

Checked. It's not broken, it just doesnt exist until Velious - which is strange considering that the recipe to make it is still in game. In any case I will just sit on it for years until it becomes valuable :/
