The basic method is:
1. http://www.archive.org/web/web.php
2. Enter www.castersrealm.com and hit "Take me back"
3. Select the archive that you want, such as March 3, 2000: http://web.archive.org/web/20000304040003/eq.castersrealm.com/
For class-specific web sites like eqdiva or monkly-business, it helps to know the original web site URL. In the case of shaman, it looks like Crucible moved from its original home to crucible.samanna.net in 2005, so you have to do some digging to figure out what the site was before the move.
Hope this helps.

specifically in the old wiki thread there was a link posted that took person specifically to casters realm for shaman. Several of the hyperlinks off of that wayback page worked, including several for newbie guides written for the several stages of leveling.
additionally, on the far left there were hyperlinks to other class sites like it with guides by level also. several of them worked also.

Good overall shaman info: http://moestaverne.com/p1999wiki/index.php/Shaman
A fairly comprehensive shaman guide: http://moestaverne.com/p1999wiki/index.php/Greyweasel's_Shaman_Guide
(I haven't read it, or played a shaman on P99, so YMMV)
TONS of other awesome, useful info: http://moestaverne.com/p1999wiki/index.php/Main_Page
