I played there for a number of years and found it to be overcamped and filled with other guilds that needed beat downs.


Worse, item recharging which was never widespread on live is basically the rule of raiding there. Gets my vote for not a classic experience. I wouldn't trade that for lack of item loot (which sux on red).

Most of Red is former blue players, so yes, we did consider and even experience (often extensively) blue and found it lacking ^^

blue is a bad server, its overpopulated and the average skill level on players is terrible

overpopulation doesn't seem to help peoples social skills any more then low pop does, i mean on r99 people can pull a lot of shit since guilds need members, on blue people can pull a lot of shit since somehow on a 2000 pop+ velious server guilds still crave members, and there are like 93.4 guilds

finally blue 99 cunts are worse then red ones by definition, since you can't camp their corpses while you ooc about it so there is that also

i played on live for over 10 years, then on blue, now on red

blue is def the biggest shitfest, i didn't play WoW ever though

I enjoyed blue for a couple years. I considered trying to continue playing there but its too difficult for me to juggle 2 eq clients at one time. I found I was just afk in whatever zone my toon on blue was sitting in at the time occasionally sending tells to friends there.

I found that while there is some mentally retarded people on R99. Nothing defeats the amount of Blue rage when a train comes or a camp gets stolen... It's like a mega nerd that trys to out wit by using the rules...

sitting at ec tunnel with 80% of the players afk or semi afk

quit went to red and will never look back

Gave blue a shot. From my experience , it takes too long to get a camp, and seems like half the server is just AFK.

I never played PvP in live, but I'm thoroughly enjoying it thus far.

I don't know how the endgame goes yet with this server, my shamans only level 38 , but so far I'm having a blast :)

So, yes, I "considered" red, and it conned "dubious", at best..
