It depends on how long you do this. Killing a large number of crushbone orcs will lower your faction with the indigo brotherhood (the warrior guild of Neriak). It will raise your faction with the woodelves of Kelethin. So if you kill a big enough number of orcs you might find a new home in greater faydark.

Still I would rather kill Eastern Commons Orcs in your place.

No. Your guild is The Dead and Crushbone Clan is allied with Indigo Brotherhood (Warriors). Unlike The Dead, the Indigo Brotherhood is VERY preferential towards Tier'dal. An agnostic HALF ELF BARD, with "Your faction standing with the Indigo Brotherhood could not possibly get any worse" still cons DUBIOUSLY while wearing a dark elf mask. Factoring in your Innoruuk diety bonus you should be completely safe from KOS no matter how many Orcs you kill. You just won't be able to use any of the shops in the warrior guild unless you re-raise the faction.

Also, killing Crushbone Orcs will not allow you to make a home in Kelethin. The only faction raised by killing orcs are the Warriors Guild (guards) and Rangers' Guild. The merchants, bankers, druids, bards and rogues will still hate/attack you.

The warriors guild in Neriak is very isolated. Unlike many other cities, the warrior guild is NOT the same faction that the guards are on.

Therefore, unless you don't know the layout of Neriak and stumble in the warriors guild on accident, there is almost no harm in ruining your Indigo Brotherhood faction.

ALSO. Technically Necro, SK and Rogue guilds in Neriak are fighting the Warrior, Clerics and Caster guilds. So hell, it kinda sorta makes sense from an RP perspective anyways.

You can easily avoid the warrior guild in Neriak. Level in CB if you want! But don't forget that Befallen is close to home and has an amazing ZEM. It is much more challenging and is far less populated, but it's a great zone. Try it out if you can get a group to go.
