Actually enjoyed many posts he made in the past, sometimes making these forums actually readable - but you take his original post in that thread(was wisely edited right away) and compare it to gongs post, and you see exactly why one guy leads guilds that succeed and the other guy just flops and fades away into obscurity in game.
