Gfay give-away

I have over 4 backpacks full of items ive farmed recently and plan on doing a giveaway soon. Will be using my chanter for this and will be making gold jewelry to give out as well. Was wondering if any other crafters would like to take part? Things like sow pots, banded armor and backpacks would make a lowbies day.

That's great Sorn, ive been thru Gfay a lot and had lowbies begging to buy banded. All those naked woodelves running around. They have no shame.

If you are a porting class consider hitting tox or qeynos area. I like to give out weapons to new players and the newbs around qeynos and especially halas are always the most hard up. Recently found a level 9 with a rusty weapon. Thats rough.

Avoid freeport, those newbs are spoiled as hell. You cant even kill a bat in WFP without someone tossing you a heal.

Qeynos might be a good spot if we advertise it well. Ive done a couple give aways there before but there were less than 10 people in the area. Might be easier just to port people from Qeynos to Gfay and hold it there.

I have an idea how to give away such things, doable by a chanter. An hour before the event you start charming low level mobs and give them one piece of equipment, then break charm and mem blur. When done you announce that the hunt begins.

Of course this would be abusable by high levels, so don't give very expensive stuff this way. I think this would be a very fun event.

Ive done this before in Butcherblock and Qeynos Hills. Only had about 5 people turn out cause I think most people thought it was a hoax. Im willing to try again, if the interest is there.

Sorry I missed out, got a lvl 4 Troll SK I took to Gfay for some orc smashing who is stuck in cloth armor and been spamming EC tunnels for some Large banded armor on my cleric for the last 4 or 5 days to try to remedy the naked troll issue,
