Best zone for North Freeport faction?

I'm an Iksar Monk trying to get up my faction in North Freeport. I realize that I don't strictly need to do this because of FD and that killing Lucan would be the least time consuming, but if I wanted to get my faction up just by looking orcs, what would be the easiest zone to use? Is there somewhere with a lot of Deathfist orcs in a small area?

I can do this during off hours or help other groups with their spawns, so I'm not too concerned if they are usually camped.

Related: are there any wanderers on the priest faction, or are they all in the temple?

West Freeport

Killing orcs would be very time consuming but they would be in EC / WC / Kith / Highpass

No, the Orcs in Highpass and Kithicor are not Deathfist Orcs, but Shralock clan and do not improve Knights of Truth.

East Commonland Orcs are often camped by XP groups. The most commonly unused deathfist orc camps I use for faction are the ones in South Ro, near the entrance to Innothule swamps.
