Neewb question about transferring items and monies

Sorry about the ignorance of this post, but if we wanted to trade something with an alt of ours we have no way of doing it other than relying on strangers to do it for us? I didn't see a shared bank slot for items or money. I know at launch thats how it was but we weren't prohibited from having 2 accounts.

Make friends, or ask someone in an established guild. I don't recommend drop transferring items though, as it's extremely tough to reimburse

Right, having as many accounts as you want is kind of useless if you can't log in from the same IP. Thank you though for answering my question.
