To find online you must do /who all "port authority"

For some reason /who all port wont work for me. I blame DaP

I would assume because there isn't a port authority on. It's a new guild they most likely don't have numbers. Also sometimes there is /who all bugs where unless you type the full name it won't show up at all. I get it occasionally and it's very frustrating.
