Coldain Shawl questions

1) Does anyone know if at any point the coldain shawl quest is MQable at any point in the line? I didn't think it was , but maybe between 3 and 4?

2) Does any of the quests up to Shawl 7 require Dain faction? I am thinking of temporarily screwing my coldain faction to hunt dorfs for heads on my Mage, but have Shawl 3 (with items for 4/5) so not sure if I want to continue it or not....

Shawl 3 is MQable I believe.

Shawl 8 the Plate Armor piece is MQable (but we probably won't ever get this Quest on P99)

As far as I'm aware you don't need any special faction for any of them. You shouldn't need Dain until you have to turn things into him.
