I was really curious why this zone isn't ever used more often? Like for exp groups? or outdoor zone kiters?
I've only used it for keying for seb, and running to seb. In my little experience in the zone though it seems like it's got plenty of mobs to keep an exp grp or solo/duo squad busy.
Has it always been pretty much a seb key/seb travel zone? or did some of the live servers see it as an exp spot?

and I suppose to keep the topic interesting and fresh feel free to name some other zones you think are under-utilized by the majority of the players.

Because it's the biggest hell hole in the entire game. Screw that place. :)

When I pass through there's usually someone on the hunter/forager cycle. I think when you get to this level you're mostly soloing in outdoor zones.

I think the zones that are underutilized are mostly dungeon zones:

Runnyeye - Borxx probably keeps most people away, but there's fine xp to be found here
Permafrost - annoying for evil races but lots of ore, good drops, good xp
Dalnir - I know, CR's a bitch because of the see invis but very solid grinding
Kaesora - one of the best ZEMs for its level and once you break past the spiders the undead are easy to kill for great xp
Nurga - nobody ever comes here except for Trunt. It's true there aren't any good reasons to go, though; at least I never thought of any. Faction grinding maybe? (but you can do that in Droga, and most do)

Special mention goes to The Hole, one of the greatest dungeons in the game, a place that could easily hold two or three times the population of KC on any given day with all the pulls any of those groups could want. And there's even a city right next door! But alas, the place is almost always mostly empty. Too bad there's no exit (unless you have a rogue, or find the key). Maybe if some wizards or druids camped their asses by the drop and offered TPs out...

I know some Shadowknights/Necros solo the undead camp near the EJ zoneline. You will see kiters doing Forager cycles also, normally bards. Pained Soul is camped 24/7 for the most part as well.

If the zone has lots of casters, people don't level in it at low levels.

TT has shaman frogloks and Necro skeletons and cleric/wizard ghosts.

Thus, people don't level there.
