Taking a wild guess this just muddies the waters for actual extrajudicial killing that has taken place with far more supporting evidence.

He kept an internet journal for the last 3 years documenting police harassment on a his website and he has a youtube channel up where he was uploading videos from his home surveillance system of police messing around his house over the course of a few years. Some of his ideas seem absolutely crazy until you put it in perspective of the man was actually murdered after he posted on his website that "Tonight the police are going to come kill me"

He doesn't strike me as mentally stable or particularly credible in his observations. Likely suicide by cop, after a long battle with mental illness.

Would be a standard untreated paranoid schizophrenic ending, after writing and talking about how important he is for years, and how people want to hurt him-- while praying to god that he is an important person that people care about. All part of the disease.

This was 100% gubment murdering someone who was on to some shit and vocal about it. Just like that journalist who was killed in an 'accident' right after connecting the dots between turkey and ISIS oil. If this isn't a troll, I will take a closer look as I am interested in real cases.

I remain skeptical because I know how easily schizophrenic people make enemies, they need enemies and behave very antisocially and can piss off more than just the people they intended to piss off. He could have thought his neighbor was a police officer because he looked at him the wrong way and said "hello" a certain way, starting a secret war with him in his mind.

Resulting in confrontation with "police" that was actually just some gang member he mistreated that lived near him.
