Trump has set a trap for Ted Cruz by not showing up for this debate. This has nothing to do with Megan Kelly or Fox News. Trump wants Ted Cruz to attack him at the debate, so Trump can turn around the next morning and say, "see I told you he was nasty". He will claim look how Ted won't attack me face to face but he will behind my back. This is very crafty by Trump, but knowing the integrity and honor of Ted Cruz along with being a genius he wont fall for it.

Trump doesn't want to debate because it's his weakest trait politically.
