Turn in levelling quests?

Hey guys, still pretty new here and am having a blast. I noticed that there are a few turn in quests out there that people do in order to level quickly. My understanding is that many people use these to level up alts very quickly. I am curious to know where are these quests and at what level should you be turning them in. Is there a list of these quests out there? The only one I really know about are the crushbone belts.

Qeynos/Halas Gnoll Fangs
Freeport/Rivervale/Grobb Deathfist Belts
Karana/Ro Lightstones
Kaladim Bone Chips (There are others, but Kaladim gives the most xp)
Paineel has a turn in where you take four items and combine them in a bag, but it's so-so

There are others etc etc. The best way to go about it, is to simply go to the city wiki pages and poke through those quests.

Also Going Postal (http://wiki.project1999.com/Going_Postal). I'm not sure which rout is quickest, but felwithe to kelethin is really quick, lots to stuff to fight along the way to raise skill, and even faster if you snag a SOW from one of the many druids that are in the zone. Cant dump stacks from your main/alt, one letter at a time, but still quick good exp early on.

Oh yeah, Polar Bear Skins in Halas is a great chunk of xp and nets you some great faction and starter armour. There are a few spell quests in various cities that give you level 1 or 5 spells if you do the turn ins over and over again. Great way to net some exp and get your caster memmed up.

Just don't do the chain too many times or you'll wind up really mucking up your Priests of Life faction. But the quest gives decent exp til level 3. You can actually just keep repeating it til you hit level 3 without swinging a weapon once and get a few bits of... patchwork armour I want to say.
