I don't know if the final turn is MQable or if anyone has risked to find out... the items beforehand are definitely and a lot of people sell those.

There is so many items individually for the mage epic you'd prob be looking at , at least 400k.... a lot of that money just being the hassle of getting all the items together.

Your best best is joining a guild at is capable of doing all the content required for the epic. Boilon is right, there is many individual pieces (steps if you will) that its probably nothing in a reasonable ball park of pricing.
It would be a large guild who you'd have to hire to take you specifically to do each/certain steps.

Or make a lot of level 60 friends. GL!

Final turn in MQ (to the Master of the Elements in PoA) is definitely possible ON LIVE, I did it recently. Don't see why it shouldn't be doable here.
