tanned split paw hide quests

there are 2 quests for the tanned hides,

and

do they use the same 4 lore scrolls?
i assume so, but when i clicked on the pawbook on wiki, it's entries are the same as the non lore scrolls that drop. curious, because interested in doing these for my lowbie bard

there's 2 different sets. The ones that look like pottery sketches are what you want for the tesch val scrolls, the ones that look like a spell scroll are for the gem inlaid gaunts. We didn't bother with teh gem inlaid gaunt quest and were turning in the scrolls one at a time for the most xp for the tesch val scrolls quest.

I was getting about 12% per turn in at 27, 28, and still about 10-11% at 29.

Yeah came here to say these probably give too much exp 50+.

Druids/Wizards in particular can get some great Exp by binding in Qeynos and porting back(ish) and farming/buying scrolls off people. Watched a druid go from 55->56 doing this when Visko exp'd at spires.

Agreed. Plus it's insanely boring and feels a bit dirty.
