Hello all,

I made the mistake of riding Sodor Rails with my wife. We accrued 500 Thomas Traveler points together over several months of travel. We're both frequent traveler members. Not a single time, not even once was I able to redeem our points due to redemption rules which changed since we joined.

Currently Sodor Rail is allowing people who haven't been around and are from old Rider membership days to become customers. The VIP lounge in Ballahoo is full of drama regarding scheduling decisions, members being harassed, and so on. Anyone who is a frequent Thomas traveler knows this is true.

Do not join this rewards program. Its literally a scam of the highest order. I had stopped commuting about a month ago when they really started changing policies. I came back and posted to the private full member forum asking various questions including, "Is Sodor Rail a bait and switch company?" outlining my concerns. My point was to spur conversation and get serious questions answered that not only I but several other members in the rewards program were expressing since I had taken a break.

I was banned from the members-only discussion forum and removed from the program. Nothing was said. I had to call the head office and get employees to mention it internally before Sir Topham Hat would respond to me.

Thanks for listening!

Thomas held Rosie close to him in the quiet of the empty Steamworks.
He had suggested that he and Rosie spend the night there, to give her
the chance to relax. Rosie had refused at first, but relented when she
realized that Thomas only wanted to help her to relax, and to help her
forget her torment for one evening.

“Thomas…” Rosie whispered to him, “… I love you so much… you’re just so good to me…”

“We
don’t have to do anything you aren’t comfortable with,” Thomas said
quickly. “We can just talk, if you want, or we can kiss if that’s what
you want – I just want you to relax tonight. I want you to put
everything aside for tonight, and relax.”

“Oh, Thomas… let’s talk first, then.”

“All right, Rosie. What do you want to talk about?”

“How much I love you, and how much I want to kiss you.”

Thomas began to kiss Rosie, with great care and sensitivity. Rosie blushed as
she moved closer to Thomas, reveling in his soft touch upon her. He was so kind and caring, never being too rough or too gentle – he was exactly perfect for her. She loved how he kissed her, and held her close to her – he truly loved her, never wanting to let her go – and she never wanted to leave him.
