Can anyone confirm if the p99 wiki information is correct regarding faction and skipping the Taskmaster Abyott part?

I have reliable information that someone turned in at warmly skipping the Taskmaster part and it ate the items. Does it need Ally? Can you still skip Taskmaster Abyott?

i had the project1999 first circlet of falinkan

you dont need to do the taskmaster part, you hand in the 3 pieces to Rolandal, he gives you a talisman back, you hand that talisman in to the wurm Ralgyn in skyshrine.

you can do the quest at high warmly or warmly, just hail Rolandal and if he gives you a quest dialogue you're all set. do not do anything if you hail him and nothing happens

I can also confirm that the taskmaster part is not needed here. Just the three drops to the dragon in WL. I was max ally at the time, so i cannot corroberate faction requirements. GL!

i can confirm that Fandango aka Shydagger aka Houndstooth aka "The D I N G O Child" obtained the p99 first Circlet of the Falinkan, has an Amulet of Necropotence, and is without a doubt the best player across both servers
