The Narandi Crown will never be usable by rangers on P99. You'll just have to settle on a KT or PD Crown instead. The rest is though!

Nice...kind of surprised a 'very casual' ranger would have epics, but good for you. Gives me hope. Why so much overlapping haste? The belt I understand, but I probably would have swapped the SBC out.

Thank you, been on the server since 2010 but my ranger didn't become my main until a few years ago. I'm in BDA so it's a good mix of casual and raid. About the overlapping haste, yes I know...the whole thing confuses me and I am open to suggestions. I know one of them, either the belt or cloak is essentially just there for stats. That being said I want to figure out which so I can see if there's a good Velious upgrade I could afford.

You should be receiving the %haste from your highest % equipped item. At least that's my understanding

Which would be from her Swiftwind, rendering both haste items pseudo-obselete (they still provide - especially the cloak - great stats).

You aren't sure how haste works, and you have 3 of the top haste items in the game? Kinda surprising too....but anyway I'd sell the cloak. Keep the belt for when you aren't using swiftwind, which would probably be mostly never, unless you went to 2h for some reason.

Thanks all. I mean I get it, but had heard different things from different people. It's been explained to me since too. I am gonna sell the SBC and belt, purchase or camp a Lodi belt, either place my Sky Cloak on my back or move a hiero over from an alt.

The gear in the BiS profile is essentially unattainable within any type of reasonable time frame…Depending on your guild, unattainable…ever…However! Rangers get nice gear upgrade in Velious and you can do great DPS pretty quickly. Rangers are not as bad as the rep they get, especially now that we are in the End Times and there is a fair amount of RNG only and RNG/WAR only gear
