I was wondering if people will be able to bind in TD at firepots during the beginning of kunark like it was for a short time on live when kunark launched.

Have a feeling every caster will bind there asap. Will become the new nexus.

A quick search yields the following

We'll probably make it bindable for the first week or so of kunark.

it depends on how you run/float

can find a map of TD probly somewhere too but RIP eqatlas and the mirrors are meh

The biggest danger as I recall is Faydedar the dragon that swims around in the water... but chances are it will be dead most of the time.

Wow, didn't realize this had ports to places neither wizzies or druids can gate to. Have they announced a roll out date for Kunark yet? Binding here is gonna be my first order of business.

A quick search yields the following

If that's true, then everyone and their grandma will be bound in the same exact spot.

Planes of Power destroyed the game with stupid easy-mode book travel! Waaaaah!

OMG, I am so totally binding at the fire pots in Timorous Deep.

Only toons that can cast Bind Affinity. Plus I'm sure 95% of the server will be so enthralled with level'ing up Iksars alts the first week they wont ever remember to bind

Lets move EC tunnel to TD :)

Still no port for SFG or Qeynos.

When was binding in TD added back in on Live? I didn't start until 3 months before Velious and at some point I was bound in TD for a long period of time. I even suffered a death loop bind with Faydedar.

Faydedar roams right on top of that.

I doubt if he'll ever be up long enough to path there, especially when half the server is bound in TD.

Priority #1, Kill this guy as much as possible. Will probably be the single most valuable item in game...especially when velious drops and PoM launches.

What's PoM got to do with it? (I don't know anything about it)

To be able to bind in PoM. It was a pita to get to. You had to run through ToV. You either had to follow a clearing group or use a DA item to make the run to the portal.

I have to tell you, I can't wait for PoM to come out. I understand we're probably a year out, but I'm so glad that old PoM will live somewhere again. What they did on the live servers to it is a travesty.

plane of meatballs is this sort of easter egg zone in the middle of one of the hardest velious dungeons. It's got all these weird food-related puzzle areas including a big forest of forks with spaghetti wrapped around them to look like leaves and vines, and this other area similar to the walrus and the carpenter from alice in wonderland where you can collect cards of different oysters that give you resist buffs

PoM was actually a really fun zone... I'm excited to be able to experience v1 like another user stated

PoM is like the "Alice (Karsten) in Wonderland"

Unless there is a code hack on Allakhazam the original post date actually says 2001... sooo... heh.

If binding there was removed in Kunark, it came back later. Likely after Luclin when Wizard and Druid whining really didn't matter anymore :D.
