Ogre Shadowknight getting Ak'anon rep?

So like the title says, I was wondering if it is possible to get enough rep to possibly bank, train, and buy spells in Ak'anon.

I'm an Ogre Shadow Knight who worships Rallos Zek. I sit possible? If so, what do I need to do?
