BUG - Largo's Absonant Binding won't land in pvp with full buff slots

Largo's Absonant Binding (51 bard song) will give the message "Spell will not take hold" in pvp when the victim has full buff slots. The song is a detrimental effect and should overwrite a beneficial buff and not give the error message as if I was buffing him. Ridiculous! I have screenshots and proof. The guy even said he had full buff slots, shouldnt be too hard to test out for you to prove it anyways.

Noticed a bunch of debuffs have been this way. Good luck on it getting fixed. If any devs plan on ever fixing any red issues I have a couple debuffs. Also necro debuff allows you to keep any buff until you log out if you do it in the right order. Even if the buff wears off, you will still keep the buff(hp,sow,levi and so on) until you log the character out.
