Only time I have seen death looping was when the BDA zerg had all their casters bind at Phinny and then trained themselves and melee died.

Used to happen all the time when we bound at KC for evacs.

Seems he got booted, hope the damage wasn't too bad.

If you petition death loops the staff seems to pretty quickly boot the people to minimize the damage. KC is common death loop and I have also seen people get in one at the ice giants in everfrost.

saw a poor lil rogue a couple weeks ago who bound himself on a spot that he later told me looked "irresistible" which resulted in him loosing a few levels, poor kid.
