I just realize i have the three pieces for those quest spread over two characters. Is it possible to hand in two pieces, then log over and log in the third?

Both need Ally with Claws of Veeshan.

99% sure you do not need ally. Hail the dargun in WL and if he jumps in the air when you hail him ( be at his belly ) then you are gewd.
